I hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance along with an MBA, and that background helps guide the thoughtful, strategic approach we take when serving our customers and growing our team. Community involvement is a major priority for our agency — I serve as a Director for the Pasadena ISD Education Foundation and chair its Finance Committee, and I’m an active member of the South Belt–Ellington Chamber of Commerce. We also support our local fire department each year with fire prevention kits and participate in annual community events like National Night Out, Trunk or Treat, and Winter Wonderland.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Sipes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
