"No one picked up the phone at the Steve Sipes agency two days after Hurricane Beryl. Unbelievable!!! I called State Farm claim center and it was very difficult to file a claim. This company is an absolute mess! No one is helpful. They don’t respect their customers. State Farm is a horrible company. They make the entire claims process very stressful. The insurance agents are deceitful and sell bad policies! I have been on the phone with 4 agents for about 2 hours. They are unwilling to provide a time frame of when I can expect to receive a call from a Claim Handler. It has been almost 2 MONTHS and they still have not fixed my roof after hurricane Beryl! This company is beyond wicked! Don’t buy any policies from them. Having State Farm insurance for your house is like having no insurance. They make it very difficult To process and delay the claim so they don’t have to pay. Don’t believe the positive reviews. I am sure many are fake."
